This role is 12 months contract Key job responsibilities Design and Implement Strategic Learning Initiatives: Develop comprehensive training programs that support employee development and business objectives Manage Change and Communication: Lead programmatic changes from conception to implementation, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder alignment Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyze training data, track skill progression, and recommend innovative learning strategies Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with managers and teams to standardize training methodologies and best practices Create Impactful Learning Content: Develop multi-media instructional materials that engage and educate our workforce - 3 years of program or project management experience - 3 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - 3 years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3 years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules Acknowledgement of country: In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
