Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking a Principal Project Officer – HRIS Implementation to support the delivery and implementation of Payroll as a Service using Aurion – People and Payroll Solutions. Rate: Circa $83.00 per hour super Location: Fortitude Valley. Brisbane Contract Length: 6 months with possible extension Key Responsibilities: Lead HRIS configuration and process improvement activities aligned with project deliverables Identify and manage project risks, impacts, and opportunities Update internal policies, templates, and communication materials Provide guidance and training to support staff through change Ensure payroll compliance with industrial instruments and legislative frameworks About You: Demonstrated experience in payroll systems administration, ideally within Aurion In-depth understanding of Queensland Government payroll frameworks and enterprise agreements Proven project coordination and system implementation experience Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capability This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your HRIS and payroll expertise in a major system transformation project, contributing to long-term organisational improvement.
