About the Role This Assistant Project Officer’s support project delivery through planning, research, stakeholder coordination, and administrative support, contributing to governance processes and the implementation of the Closing the Gap priority. We're Looking For Project Coordination & Delivery Ability to manage and support projects through planning, resource coordination, documentation, and progress monitoring to ensure outcomes align with approved plans. Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled at building strong relationships and managing stakeholder interests, especially when working with Aboriginal communities Administrative & Secretariat Support Proficient in providing high-quality secretarial services, including minute-taking, correspondence drafting, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
