Service Delivery Manager – ACL, SST & CLS Programs (Kempsey area) Location: Mid North Coast (Kempsey area) Employment Type: Permanent Full-time About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate service delivery across our ACL , SST, and CLS programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality, person-centred services that align with our values and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities -Lead and manage service delivery across ACL, SST, and CLS programs, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance. -Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery. -Monitor program performance, outcomes, and client satisfaction, using data to inform decisions. -Support staff development and performance through coaching, supervision, and training. -Ensure services are trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive. -Liaise with internal stakeholders, funding bodies, and community partners to maintain effective relationships and service integration. -Contribute to strategic planning and reporting activities.
