Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Co-design and deliver enterprise-wide DEIB strategies and initiatives that reflect who we are and who we aspire to be. Build capability and confidence across leaders and teams to champion inclusion and belonging in their everyday work. Partners with people with lived experience of disability and other underrepresented communities to co-create meaningful, lasting change. Use data, insights and storytelling to measure our progress and celebrate what’s working well. Promote a culture of respect, inclusion and courage across all levels of Scope. About You You’re someone who brings people together. You listen with empathy, think inclusively, and know how to turn good intentions into real impact. Strong collaboration, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills. A deep commitment to celebrating diversity and creating environments where everyone can thrive. Accessibility This role is designed to be accessible to candidates with disability. If you identify as a person with disability, we will work with you from the point of your application to make reasonable adjustments. This may include extra time to complete your expression of interest if needed. Please let us know if any adjustments are needed. Accessibility and inclusion are central to how we work, not just what we do. Interested? If you’re passionate about inclusion and want to help shape how we all belong at Scope, we’d love to hear from you. Please submit your Expression of Interest for the Inclusion & Belonging Manager role by Wednesday 15 October 2025.
