We are currently seeking a Team Leader with a wealth of Corporate Actions experience across Wealth Management Services to join this leading Wealth Management firm. You will bring with you 1-2 years of experience as a Team Leader As a Team Leader, key responsibilities include: Leadership & Management • Provide ongoing guidance and support to team members, ensuring timely and compliant action on all tasks. • Address escalated matters proactively and serve as the key contact for day-to-day operational issues. • Conduct team planning to ensure adequate training and resources are available. • Take personal ownership of the team’s daily operations to achieve desired business outcomes. Platform Administration • Account cost-base reconstructions. • Reconciliations of client holdings, including equities, cash, and other asset types. • Periodic client reporting, including annual tax reporting, from generation through to distribution. • Provide support to other areas within the team in times of increased workload. • Ad-hoc payment processing. Corporate Actions Processing • Overall management of corporate action events. • Processing of corporate action payments on behalf of clients. • Reconciling holdings post corporate action completion. • Processing & reconciling dividends and distributions To be successful you will have the following experience, skills and qualifications: - 1-2 years’ experience as a team leader. • Experience working with an administration platform, including tax reporting and related requirements. • Knowledge of corporate actions processing. • A strong understanding of equity markets, managed funds, and other asset types. • Prior experience working with Iress (IPS) and the Microsoft suite of products. • Completed diploma/degree in a related field, preferred
