We’re seeking an experienced Civil Leading Hand to join our dynamic team on a 2/1 FIFO roster. This is your chance to step into a key leadership role on major infrastructure and mining projects across Western Australia. About the Role As a Civil Leading Hand, you’ll be responsible for supervising and coordinating a crew of skilled workers to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of civil works. You’ll work closely with the Site Supervisor and Project Manager to meet project timelines and uphold company standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of civil workers on-site Oversee daily operations, including earthworks, concreting, drainage, and roadworks Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site policies Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, and assist with planning tasks Monitor productivity and quality of work Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers as required What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Leading Hand in civil construction Strong knowledge of earthworks, concrete, and general civil scopes Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications White Card and relevant tickets (e.g. Excavator, Skid Steer, HR License) FIFO experience preferred but not essential What We Offer Competitive hourly rate penalties Long-term project with consistent work Supportive team culture and career development opportunities Flights, meals, and accommodation provided Opportunity to work on a high-profile WA project Please APPLY NOW Veterans are encouraged to apply.
