About the role: Run matters autonomously while working closely with Partners and senior colleagues. Act on a wide range of litigation and dispute resolution matters, including complex commercial, property, and strata disputes . Manage client relationships with direct responsibility and strategic input. Appear in superior courts and tribunals, handling contested hearings and negotiations The ideal candidate: Associate/Senior Associate/Special Counsel Have at least 4 years’ PQE , with proven general commercial litigation experience (Strata and Property experience, highly regarded but not essential) Strong advocacy and drafting skills. Ability to manage competing deadlines and run matters independently. Commercial mindset and client-focused approach.
