It's an excellent opportunity for someone with legal support experience who wants to take the next step, or for a law student eager to build practical skills in a full-time role. The Role Working closely with the Senior Licensed Conveyancer and a team of lawyers, you'll gain exposure to a wide range of property matters. Your responsibilities will include: Managing property files from initial instruction through to post-settlement Drafting contracts, correspondence, settlement figures, and other documentation Conducting property searches, land title checks, and using PEXA Maintaining accurate client files and correspondence Liaising with clients, agents, brokers, lenders, and solicitors About You We're looking for candidates who have: A minimum of 12 months' experience in a legal support role (Paralegal, Legal Secretary, or Legal Assistant) A strong interest in Property law; previous experience highly regarded Excellent organisation and attention to detail Confidence in communicating with clients and stakeholders A proactive and eager-to-learn approach Law students with at least two years remaining on their degree, who are able to work full-time, will also be considered.
