The ISP serves as a professional practice body, advocating for consistency, standards, and quality in supporting investigations across the AFP. It plays a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of best practices and providing frontline investigators with essential advice. ISP is seeking suitably qualified members to perform support roles within the ISP Digital Innovation and Support Team. This role is responsible for the ongoing support of the Investigators Toolkit and the development and maintenance of tools within this platform, the Investigations Management Solution (IMS) and more broadly ISP. The successful candidate will have a combination of technical expertise and problem-solving skills. As a Team Member in the AFP you will be required to contribute to the achievement of outcomes in accordance with the regulatory framework, the AFP Code of Conduct and the AFP Governance Instruments. It is expected that the successful applicant will deliver on the core responsibilities and meet any requirements of the position as outlined below. What will you do? The successful candidate will be expected to: Identify, develop and support potential new digital projects and opportunities. Analyse information and develop digital solutions to problems applying exceptional attention to detail. Monitor and assess internal requests via internal tasking methods. Liaise with key stakeholders on system improvement objectives. Mentor new team members, share information and provide advice fostering a positive learning culture within the team, ISP and broader organisation.
