The support roles play a vital part in our team, helping ensure our premium-quality fruit is delivered to the right place at the right time for customers around the country. Roles available : Intake Officer Dispatch Support Modified Atmosphere (MA) Operators Allocators Supervisor About the opportunity to join us: These roles will be responsible for working with fresh producers in a fast-paced environment across multiple teams. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential to ensure smooth daily operations. Tasks vary, but are not limited to: Picking orders accurately according to customer requirements Stacking, wrapping, and staging completed orders Keeping the warehouse and surrounding areas clean and safe for storing fresh produce Following safe work procedures and working in a safe manner Working in a refrigerated environment (cool room) Operating electric pallet riders Being fit and able to consistently carry out lifting and bending tasks Tasks may vary depending on the needs of the Distribution Centre. About You To be successful in this role, you will: Have previous warehouse (or similar) experience, this is advantageous but not essential Be able to work effectively as part of a team to achieve results Be able to work under pressure in a diverse team environment Be self-motivated and able to problem-solve Have basic computer skills Be committed and available to work through to the end of the season What we offer: Full-Training provided for all tasks creating work flexibility and consistency Paid in line with the Costa Berries Enterprise Agreement Free Access to an Employee Assistant Program.
