What We Offer: Access to a broad network of commercial finance opportunities Permanent and contract roles tailored to your career preferences Full support throughout the recruitment process, with career guidance and interview preparation Opportunities to grow your skills across diverse systems and industries The Role Responsibilities may include: Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner Managing vendor and customer relationships, resolving invoice/payment queries Generating invoices, billing customers, and following up on outstanding receivables Preparing reconciliations, supporting month-end processes, and assisting with reporting Using accounting systems such as MYOB, Xero, SAP, or large ERP platforms Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc duties as required The Ideal Person You may come from a background in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or both, with experience gained in the commercial sector, not-for-profit organisations, or other finance environments. You bring strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry and reconciliations, and confidence using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel. With well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, you enjoy building positive relationships with suppliers and customers.
