You’ll have the opportunity to use your Aurion expertise to help set up new systems, streamline workflows, and share your knowledge with a capable team eager to learn. It’s a hands-on role where your technical payroll know-how will genuinely make a difference, improving accuracy, efficiency, and confidence across the payroll function. The Role You’ll be working closely with a small, dedicated payroll team who manage data, calculations, and accuracy, while an external provider completes the final processing. Your focus will be on building smarter systems and processes, ensuring the team gets the best out of Aurion. Key responsibilities include: Setting up and configuring payroll templates, processes, and workflows Providing expert guidance on how to get the most from Aurion’s features Supporting the team with queries and complex transactions (e.g. terminations, leave, and allowances) Ensuring compliance and accuracy across payroll inputs and outputs Collaborating with internal stakeholders and the outsourced processing partner to resolve issues efficiently The Ideal Person You’ll bring solid experience working with Aurion and a strong understanding of end-to-end payroll. You’re someone who enjoys problem-solving and helping others, confident enough to take the lead but patient and practical in how you share your knowledge. You’ll thrive in an environment that values collaboration, precision, and continuous improvement.
