Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Junior to Mid-Level Lawyer – Employment, Transport & Commercial Litigation, located in Surry Hills, NSW. Our preference is for our team to be on-site to allow for collaboration and learning, but we do offer flexibility, and we are open to hybrid working for experienced lawyers. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling cases related to employment law, transport law, and commercial litigation. Day-to-day tasks include legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and providing tailored legal advice. The role requires a proactive approach to managing cases and client relationships.
