Due to continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated Senior Associate to join the Commercial Disputes & Insolvency team of a leading firm . In this role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding clients through complex legal and commercial challenges relating to: Corporate and debt restructuring Insolvency and insolvency-related disputes Banking enforcement and receiverships Commercial disputes and litigation You will work closely with financial institutions, businesses in financial distress, insolvency practitioners, and stakeholders in restructuring and recovery processes. Your expertise will be integral to advising on regulatory compliance, risk management, distressed situations, and strategic decision-making. You will also: Negotiate and draft agreements aligned with restructuring and recovery strategies Manage contentious and non-contentious insolvency work, alongside broader commercial disputes Advise on secured creditors’ rights and enforcement strategies Support clients in regulatory discussions, dispute resolution, and litigation proceedings Who We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will bring: 5–7 years’ post-qualification experience in insolvency, restructuring, and commercial disputes Strong knowledge of financing and security documents, enforcement, and insolvency law Demonstrated litigation experience in banking and commercial disputes Commercial acumen, with the ability to assess legal risks and deliver innovative solutions Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and analytical skills A collaborative mindset, with proven experience working alongside financial advisors, industry experts, and senior executives Holding an ARITA Advanced Certificate will be highly regarded.
