Seeking an experienced Dayforce Payroll Implementation Consultant to work with the team and lead the transition for a 3 month period or longer. This role is based in the company H/O at Adelaide CBD and will require someone to start ASAP!. In this position you are required, but not limited to: Participate in scoping implementation meetings with key business executives and stakeholders Direct pay Awards/Agreements and identify correct conditions in conjunction with business perceived requirements Guide staff through the implementation process and offer training Support the wider team with technical and customer queries Implement payroll product - plan, review and execute the complete implementation working both at Head Office and on-site if needed. To be successful in this role, you will have: Strong end to end Payroll experience using Dayfroce Implemented a payroll system from fruition to completion on Dayforce Careful attention to detail and strong planning skills. The ability to manage multiple projects within tight time frames Well developed analytical and problem solving skills Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Demonstrable experience training/mentoring staff with new processes and procedures.
