About The Role We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and organised individual to join our team as a Part-time Receptionist/Administrator . This is a diverse role where you will be dealing directly with patients, third-party organisations, expert clinicians and executive leadership on our team. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and a can-do attitude are essential, as is the ability to work well in a team environment. This role offers approximately 20 hours per week , with additional hours provided during the training period . There will also be opportunity to pick up extra hours depending on staff absences and operational demand. Start date: 29th of September or 20th of October. The right person will have: Minimum 20 hours per week availability , Tuesday to Saturday Proven allied health admin experience is highly advantageous Proven customer service experience using in a variety of media; including in-person, phone, email, online communication, CRMs. Confidence using Nookal , Cliniko , or similar practice management software is highly valued.
