ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking experienced and motivated Physiotherapists to join our dynamic, friendly and skilled multidisciplinary team. You will provide Physiotherapy assessments and evidence based intervention for individuals of all abilities with an aim of delivering patient centered and goal orientated care Work in collaboration with families/carers and community health care service providers to facilitate safe and timely discharge planning Demonstrate effective time management, with a high standard of written and verbal communication skills.
