How you create impact To support with customer tender proposals develop drive compelling distribution solutions. To drive innovation, identifying new concepts technology while also building on existing best practices. To present solutions with confidence to our customers as a key part of the tendering process. To be part of the management team developing designing strategic solutions for our customer, challenging the status quo guiding customers constructively where needed. To develop strong partnerships with key vendors to optimize costing lead times. To leverage available tools systems whilst ensuring a high standard of compliance at all times What we would like you to bring Minimum 5 years in local transport or 3PL (third-party logistics) organizations. Proven background in customer solution teams or contract logistics. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (mid to advanced level). Familiarity with Power BI, Python, and AutoCAD is highly desirable. Strong data analysis and automation capabilities. Deep understanding of warehouse operations (inbound/outbound). Knowledge of pallet costing, transport pricing, and fleet equipment planning. Exposure to temperature-controlled logistics and fuel management solutions. Excellent communication (verbal and written). Strong customer-facing and relationship-building abilities. Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset. Time management and project tracking skills.
