Key Responsibilities Preparing Net Asset Values (NAVs) and unit prices Managing balance sheet reconciliations and monthly management accounts Assisting with tax reporting (BAS, CGT, Fund Payments, and income tax returns) Preparing financial statements and coordinating investor reporting Supporting capital calls, distributions, and fund budgets Assisting with property acquisitions/divestments and process improvements Contributing to new product development and fund transitions This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in investment and property accounting, working with a collaborative and supportive operations team.
