What You’ll Do Accounts Receivable : Generate invoices, reconcile receipts in Xero, manage aged debtors Accounts Payable : Process invoices and payment runs, liaise with suppliers, prepare weekly schedules and reconciliations Month-End Support : Reconcile bank accounts and corporate cards, assist with accruals, prepayments and journals Process Improvement : Maintain accurate finance data, support automation and workflow improvements What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce or similar 2 years in an accounting or assistant accountant role Proficiency in Xero and Excel (pivots and lookups are a must) - bonus points if you bring AI prowess with you!
