Your Mission Generate new business across residential and commercial sectors Quote and price potential jobs with accuracy and confidence Build relationships with builders, developers, and clients to secure repeat work Oversee day-to-day operations, service delivery, and maintenance Ensure quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction What You Bring HVAC trade qualification or certification (essential) 2 years’ leadership experience in HVAC or related trades (electrical, plumbing, mechanical) Proven experience quoting jobs and generating business Strong understanding of HVAC systems, service contracts, and compliance Comfortable meeting clients, builders, and architects Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Tech-savvy, ideally with experience in job management and quoting systems Why Join Us?
