About Birdsey, Dedman and Bartlett Our primary practice areas are: Commercial Law, including sale and purchase of business, contracts and agreements Property Law, including leases, conveyancing and adverse possession claims for commercial, rural and residential property Wills & Estates Law, including estate planning, probate applications, will disputes and litigation, and preparation and advice on powers of attorney (medical, financial and personal) You will work with an Accredited Specialist in Wills and Estates law, another solicitor, law clerks and the admin team.
