About the Role: As our Revenue & Reservations Manager based on-site, you'll be the brain behind the business – optimising rates, maximising occupancy, and turning trends into triumphs. This is more than spreadsheets and systems; it’s about strategy, insight, and leading our team to success. Your duties will include: Champion the Hotel’s revenue strategy – from forecasting to pricing Managing the Reservations team and ensuring top-notch guest experience Analysing trends, market conditions, and competitor performance Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Front Office teams to deliver revenue targets Support the executive team in long-term business planning and manage the revenue management budget process About You: Your skills and experience will include: Previous experience in Revenue Management or as a Senior Revenue Analyst Strong understanding of the distribution landscape, OTAs, and emerging market trends A collaborative, forward-thinking approach and a passion for championing revenue management as a key strategic function Naturally curious and open-minded, with a commitment to continuous learning and innovation Why work for us?: Worldwide discounts on accommodation, dining, and more!
