This is an office-based position where you’ll play a key part in supporting customers (B2B), technicians, and the sales team. Key ResponsibilitiesProcess customer orders and prepare accurate quotesMaintain and update systems with product and customer informationTrack and follow up on orders through to completionCoordinate orders to site for installationProvide phone support to customers and techniciansAssist sales with administrative support and order management About YouWe’re looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and ensuring smooth processes from start to finish.
