Description Permanent Full-Time Opportunity: This on-site opportunity is primarily located in our conveniently located Parramatta clinic. The ability to attend our other locations in New South Wales would also be beneficial. The successful candidate will be available to work rostered hours listed below. The regular set roster is: Monday 12pm - 7pm Tuesday 9am - 7pm Wednesday 9am - 5pm Thursday 9am - 7pm Friday 9am - 5pm Saturday 8.30am - 2.30pm on an ad hoc basis. Key Responsibilities Include: Operational Administration & Clinic Duties: Processing payments, managing patient data in our CRM and related systems, and reconciling daily takings. You will maintain accurate records for all transactions, prescriptions, and patient documentation, ensure compliance with financial and administrative procedures, and handle reception duties, appointment scheduling, and general office tasks. You'll also manage stock, process orders, and ensure efficient clinic operations.
