They deliver high-quality remedial and restoration works across residential and commercial buildings, with projects located in the Eastern Suburbs, City CBD, and Inner West. They are now seeking an experienced Leading Hand with a background in remedial construction. The Role: You’ll be working hands-on across all facets of remedial construction — including concrete repair, waterproofing, façade works, structural strengthening, window replacement, and general building restoration. You’ll support the site team, lead trades on the ground, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role offers a clear progression pathway into a Foreman position.
