What You Will Do Deliver world-class customer service and resolve enquiries. Collaborate with a team to meet customer needs and provide timely advice on People and Culture matters. Manage records, process transactions, and prepare complex documents accurately. Support projects and programs to achieve People & Culture objectives. Your day will include: - 15-25 phone calls per day - allocated time for processing enquiries/applications What we’re looking for: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Have experience in a role where people are the focus. A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn. Degree in HR, Business, or related field (or currently studying – preferred but not essential). Interest in building a career within Human Resources. Special conditions: The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.
