POSITION: Multi Skilled Production Team Member Demtech are looking an additional Manufacturing Team Member who is enthusiastic about manufacturing. This opportunity to join our growing team presents a stimulating role including many common production duties as well as exposure to and training in specialized processes and machine operation. Demtech services the building and construction industry as a Solution-Based Manufacturer. Utilizing your pervious experience and transferable skills you will play an integral role in fulfilling our valued client’s requirements and producing technologically advanced products and systems that are implemented nationwide. In addition, you will have full support from our friendly, motivated, cultured and driven teams throughout all aspects of your inhouse training and integration into the organization. Duties: (training in all of the following is provided) · Forklift Operation · PU Foam Block Moulding / Demolding · Aluminium Pre-Assembly Process · Fast Wire Cutting of PU Foam Blocks · Load and Unload Auto Membrane Spray Line / Operation · Pick Packing of goods for dispatch · Cleaning of Production area · Other General Production Duties as required Skill and Experience requirements: · Ability to read and understand Job Slips (Picking slips, Manufacturing Slips) · Fork lift license (Preferred) · Knowledge of OH&S requirements · Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment · Ability to work well during busy periods, whilst staying organized and maintaining a clean and tidy work area · Ability to perform inherent requirements of the role · Must maintain a professional representation of the organization · Ability to follow OH&S requirements at all times · Ability to follow instructions · Must be physically fit · Must have a reliable mode of transport to and from work · Must be punctual while maintaining professional and committed work ethic · Must be a quick learner and complete duties thoroughly · Must have a positive attitude The candidate must be proactive, be able to use initiative, be respectful of colleagues, must be punctual, approach work with a positive attitude, apply a great work ethic and must be willing to be up skilled allowing growth within the company.
