Garden City Plastics is a successful, family-owned company that manufactures a wide range of products through thermoforming, injection moulding, and blow moulding. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Machine Operator/Supervisor to join our afternoon shift (2pm - 10pm), running our thermoforming and sheet extrusion lines at our Heatherton site. About the Role The successful applicant will be responsible for: Operating, troubleshooting, and completing tool changes on thermoforming lines. Running extrusion lines to produce HIPS and some PE sheet. Supporting production quality and efficiency. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience operating thermoforming lines (experience with an ILLIG RDKP 72 or similar highly regarded). Strong initiative and problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. A positive, self-motivated approach to work.
