Reporting to the Supply Chain Planning Manager , your key duties will include: Broad supply chain planning discipline role - Demand, Supply and Supply Chain engagement This role sits within our Consumer division and focuses on our Ryobi, AEG, Kango, Empire and PowerFit Brands Stakeholder group is off-shore vendor to domestic customer and with Account, Product, Finance and Marketing internal teams Team of 5 ranging from very experienced to new to disciplines New org design meaning new ways of working and high level of change management Key Attributes Demonstrated leadership of teams and outcomes (results) Strong business acumen Strong collaboration skills Continuous improvement mindset with demonstrated outcomes. Strong communication, problem solving and decision-making skills. High level of self-awareness Understanding of ERP systems including statistical modelling for Demand forecasting.
