This senior clinical leadership role offers the opportunity to shape service delivery while maintaining direct client contact. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of occupational therapists across metro and regional locations Provide clinical supervision and professional development guidance Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to clients with complex needs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including PBS practitioners, psychologists, and support coordinators Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and AHPRA registration requirements Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives Support regional office expansion and team scaling What You'll Bring: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist Minimum 3-5 years clinical experience, with leadership/supervisory experience preferred Experience working with clients with intellectual disability, autism, mental health conditions, and complex trauma Strong understanding of NDIS framework and service delivery Excellent communication and team leadership skills Willingness to travel to regional locations as needed Commitment to ongoing professional development and CPD requirements What We Offer: Competitive salary aligned with Health Professional Award Level 3 Comprehensive professional development budget (~$3k annually) Clinical supervision and mentoring support Flexible working arrangements Opportunity to work across diverse client groups and service types Career progression opportunities in our expanding organization Supportive team culture focused on collaboration and outcomes Locations: Primary base: Perth Metro (Level 1/87 Guthrie St, Osborne Park or U14/6 Production Road, Canning Vale) Regional travel to: Kalgoorlie, Geraldton, Albany, Bunbury, Broome, Karratha, Esperance
