About the role As the clinic manager you will have a strong understanding of allied health supported by a relevant degree or postgraduate experience in the field. You will collaborate closely with your multidisciplinary team, ensuring all compliance requirements are met and up to date. Your responsibilities will include facilitating clinical meetings, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing budgets, allocating resources, developing and implementing various policies and procedures, assisting with recruitment, and supporting clinical operations, among other duties & more! Key Selection Criteria Degree in allied health, psychology, social work, healthcare management, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications in a relevant area are highly desirable. Experience in clinical management within neurodevelopment or mental health services or related. Strong knowledge of clinical governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements in healthcare.
