About the role: The Country Quality Head is suitable for a Senior Quality professional and will be responsible for our Opella commercial operations. Reporting into the CHC Quality Region Head for AMEA and China, you will leverage your background in Consumer Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry and TGA experience to ensure local and global GxP requirements are met and to standard, while also streamlining current processes. Main Responsibilities: Leading and managing the implementation and maintenance of the Opella Affiliate Quality System (covering GxP and health-regulated activities) across the local Australian Commercial organization, to ensure that quality processes and activities in scope are executed in compliance with the businesses Global Quality standards and applicable GxP regulatory requirements Securing the delivery of safe, efficient, quality Consumer Healthcare products, information & services to ensure patients/customers safety and act as Quality Business partner to support business priorities Ensuring compliance of distribution activities within the CHC affiliate market place Acting as the focal point of contact internally and externally for any opella product quality/technical activities About you Qualifications: Degree qualified in relevant field Experience: Practical experience in Quality System Management in the Consumer Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry Solid TGA experience (with existing relationships an advantage) Practical GxP experience in distribution and manufacturing environments Proven ability to streamline processes and Continuous improvement management focus Skills: Advanced Verbal and Written Communication skills High proficiency in project management Excellent stakeholder engagement across multiple functions Leadership skills and people management Why us?
