About the role Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Programs and Facilities leads and develops the Programs Team, overseeing the management of the daily operations for Northern NSW Programs, being Ronald McDonald Houses in Newcastle and Tamworth, Family Rooms in Newcastle and Gosford, the Family Retreat in Forster, and the NNSW Learning Program. As a member of the Senior Leadership team, the role also contributes to the strategic development of RMH NNSW Programs, in line with the overarching national and NNSW strategies, while ensuring improvement of performance, productivity, efficiency and growth.
