About Us Linear Clinical Research is an internationally recognised, not-for-profit. Your Role in Our Future You will provide leadership and management of all Early Phase Unit (EPU) vaccines and other outpatient studies, managing the projects from commencement to completion and acting as the interface between stakeholders. A key part of this role will be ensuring each study is delivered on time and within budget. Reporting to our Early Phase Unit Director and part of the EPU senior leadership team, some of your duties will include: Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to EPU senior leadership team. Manage a cross-functional team including internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful and timely delivery. Work closely with all internal and external (sponsors, CROs and vendors) stakeholders. Support the Business Development team in identifying new studies to manage within the trial portfolio. Build and mentor a multidisciplinary team, in line with business requirements, fostering a culture that aligns with Linear’s purpose and core values. Conveniently located at the QEII campus, this role will be offered on a full-time basis for two years in the first instance. About You You're a strategic and solutions-focused Senior Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering projects in regulated environments. While you’re confident stepping back to plan and guide the bigger picture, you’re just as comfortable in the detail doing the doing, rolling up your sleeves, and working alongside the team to make sure projects land successfully. Your approach combines commercial acumen with strong stakeholder engagement and a sharp eye for compliance, risk, and value delivery. The key to your success will be your demonstrated experience in the following: Highly developed project planning, coordination and management skills with the ability to work simultaneously across multiple projects. Excellent organisational skills, adaptability and the ability to work under pressure, set priorities and meet competing deadlines. Building collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, foster effective partnerships, build networks and mentor and develop people. Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to identify trends, establish benchmarks and provide credible analyses and operational recommendations. Previous experience working in clinical research or within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry with knowledge of GCP (desirable).
