Job Specification: We're looking for a dedicated Hybrid Pharmacist to join a supportive team in a truly rewarding role that combines aged care and community pharmacy work. For two days each week , you'll be onsite at a local aged care facility, providing medication reviews, updating histories, and delivering vital advice and education to residents and staff. You'll liaise with the community pharmacy to coordinate medication changes and ensure a smooth flow of service. The remaining two days will be spent in the community pharmacy where you'll support aged care services and manage dispensary duties. You'll also be rostered for alternate Saturday mornings , giving you a chance to connect with the local community. This is a sole pharmacist role supported by an experienced team, including 3 dispense techs and 3 sales assistants, with 1 retail manager onsite. DAA support includes 60 webster packs, packed by a technician. Minimal ORT services are also involved. Skills Required: General AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist. 2 years experience as a pharmacist in Australia.
