As a System Analyst, you will work effectively as part of a dedicated team to ensure the successful and timely resolution of issues for the Health and Hospital Services (HHS) using Infor WFM as their rostering solution. You will undertake quality assurance processes to ensure data integrity and compliance status within the system. This will also include the analysis of data and production and circulation of reports to the HHS. Additionally, you will provide advice to management on application and associated issues and initiatives including risk and issue identification and management. Key competencies/suitability (role specific criteria and personal qualities): Demonstrated effective knowledge of integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, particularly in the area of functional and solution responsibility relating to rostering systems, such as Workbrain or equivalent. Demonstrated experience in providing application support, solving issues for clients and providing workarounds to ensure business continuity. Proven customer focus with an emphasis on building relationships, understanding and meeting customer's needs, understanding impacts of rostering and prioritisation in the context of the IWFM rostering support team's responsibility and providing a value added service.
