As the Manager, Data Solutions, you will provide leadership in supporting the integrity of payroll and human resource information, with strategic oversight of data submission processes and related activities, and oversees projects that respond to legislative change, industrial requirements, and evolving business needs. What you'll do Lead, develop, and support a high performing data and business analysis team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and adaptability in a complex environment with shifting priorities and diverse stakeholders. Manage and oversee business analysis activities, including process reviews, improvement identification, and root cause investigations, to ensure systemic issues are addressed and sustainable solutions are delivered. Oversee the management and governance of payroll and human resource data, ensuring accuracy and integrity while aligning data processes with operational and strategic objectives. About you We are searching for someone with: Proven ability to lead, mentor and support a team in a complex and dynamic environment, managing competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining high standards of work. Demonstrated expertise in providing strategic leadership of data and business analysis functions within a large and complex environment, with responsibility for the governance and oversight of payroll data submission and related processes. Highly developed analytical, conceptual, planning and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering strategic insights and practical solutions. Knowledge of payroll, human resource, workforce management, rostering, time and attendance, together with related business practices for delivering payroll services to a complex workforce. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to provide authoritative advice, consult and negotiate on complex issues, and build effective relationships with senior managers and stakeholders.
