We are seeking an experienced Head of People and Culture to join Jabiru's executive team. Jabiru has over 300 purpose-driven employees across 22 sites. This is a strategic and hands-on standalone role reporting directly to the CEO, responsible for shaping a positive workplace culture, workplace relations, and supporting leaders across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of people and culture strategies. Partner with managers to coach on performance, ER matters, and investigations. Ensure compliance with employment law, awards, and best practice. Drive leadership capability through tailored development and training programs. Act as trusted advisor on workforce planning, change management, and organisational design. Champion employee wellbeing, safety, and engagement initiatives. Manage HR systems and reporting (Employment Hero). About You Proven senior HR generalist experience, ideally in standalone or small-team roles. Strong understanding of Australian employment law and workplace relations. Demonstrated capability in performance management, investigations, and coaching managers. Skilled in leadership coaching, development and cultural engagement. Values-driven, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
