As the Manager, Digital Marketing (AO8), you will lead a dynamic team of digital, creative, and marketing professionals to deliver high-quality, strategic communication products and services that support the department's key priorities and brand objectives.You will work closely with the branch leadership team to unite a diverse group of specialists and drive the development and activation of digital marketing strategies that are innovative, user-focused, and aligned with contemporary best practices.Your responsibilities will include managing team workloads, risks, and deadlines, overseeing the department's digital platforms with a focus on continuous improvement and quality assurance; and championing an online-first approach that ensures content is accessible, searchable, and compliant with government standards.You'll also play a key role in fostering a positive, inclusive team culture where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to contribute to meaningful outcomes.
