As a Senior Analyst you will: Demonstrate analytical, research, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve system issues, collect evidence, and collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors. Provide second-tier user support, resolving complex technical issues, and conducting user training sessions to enhance system adoption and proficiency. Coordinate projects related to LMS enhancements, upgrades, or integrations. Maintain a highly responsive LMS reporting and systems service to our clients and stakeholders. Manage and update web-based content within the Learning Management Systems. Maintain and further develop the LMS Workforce Analytics platforms with our technical partners in the business intelligence platforms space. Support activities relating to LMS information for estimates, parliamentary and other critical correspondence processes. Foster a collaborative team environment and help develop capabilities of your team members and colleagues. You will ideally possess the following role-specific/technical skills: Proven experience in administering and supporting LMS platforms, including system configuration, user management, and troubleshooting. Skills in web development within the context of Learning Management Systems, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Applications to remain current for 12 months.
