Reporting to the Production Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our production operations, leading a team, driving performance, and ensuring our products meet the highest standards. Key responsibilities: Lead and motivate production line teams to meet daily targets Support the Production Coordinator in managing people and performance Guide Line Team Leaders on WHS and QA compliance Monitor and improve yields weekly Collaborate with maintenance and supervisors to resolve machine issues Ensure all orders meet customer specifications About You You’re a natural leader with a passion for quality and teamwork.
