The Opportunity We are seeking a hands-on, forward-thinking Maintenance Supervisor or Junior Maintenance Manager to lead our site’s maintenance operations. In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of both planned and unplanned maintenance activities, working side by side with operational teams to minimise downtime, boost reliability, and drive a culture of continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging leader, ideal for someone currently working as a Junior Maintenance Manager or is an experienced Maintenance Supervisor who is ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take on challenges. Key Accountabilities Lead and oversee day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring safe and efficient operations. Champion the shift from reactive maintenance to preventive, predictive, and prescriptive approaches, ensuring work is completed and data accurately recorded. Partner with Manufacturing and trades teams to improve capability, utilisation, and overall performance. Contribute to the development and monitoring of the maintenance budget, ensuring cost control and compliance. Support implementation of capital projects as required. Drive systemic root cause analysis of downtime and embed effective solutions. Recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives, innovation, tactics, and new projects to enhance sourcing tactics and maximise efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, customer responsiveness and compliance. Build, coach, and empower a high-performing maintenance team What you’ll bring 5 years of leadership experience Strong operational, team management, problem solving, and customer focused skills Well-honed stakeholder management, including partnering, influencing, facilitation and communication skills Ability to work as part of a team; lives the company values and leads for purpose Intimate knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, relevant regulations, health and safety requirements, auditing requirements and relevant legislation. SAP & FIIX experience highly desirable Understanding of general finance and budgeting Minimum trade qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Why Join Us?
