The Role As a Machine Operator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production area. Your primary focus will be on running your area efficiently, setting up machinery, and maintaining the quality of our products. This is a hands-on, physical position that requires lifting up to 25kg ingredients throughout the day. Key Responsibilities: Operate machines, including filling, labellers, and packers Perform quality checks and maintain accurate production documentation Ensure the workplace and machines are tidy and set up correctly for product changes Maintain equipment and address maintenance needs as required Record machine breakdowns and communicate effectively with the team Prioritise safe work practices and product safety at all times Perform routine activities, such as lubricating, tightening, and cleaning machines We're looking for someone with: Minimum 3 years of FMCG maintenance experience is a MUST!
