What you'll do Adhere to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces. Coordinate and assist in the design, development, and implementation of executive and governance level performance reporting requirements. Assist in the development of KPIs, undertake performance analysis, and provide recommendations for continuous technical and operational improvement through data-driven insights. Work with data owners and service providers to establish data requirements for performance reporting purposes and resolve any issues to ensure ongoing data integrity and availability. Collect, extract, and analyse performance data to enable the preparation of performance reports, dashboards and presentations either on a periodic or ad-hoc basis. Validate data, workflows, and tools to ensure performance metrics are being accurately measured and trends monitored. Advise on the design, development, and use of Power BI to strengthen and automate analysis, review, and performance reporting functions. About you You think ahead to consider longer-term goals and align them, whilst understanding the current environment and its drivers. You have a substantial knowledge of, and experience in, developing and routinely preparing performance reports and presentations, including the ability to effectively work together with a variety of stakeholders and systems in the coordination and collection of data and other information. Your intermediate proficiency in Power BI and Excel, including knowledge of Power Query M and DAX will enable you to transform and analyse data effectively.
