About the Roles: Early Childhood Teachers As a Bachelor-qualified teacher, you will lead high-quality kindergarten programs, build strong relationships with children and families, and contribute to positive educational outcomes. You'll work collaboratively with a passionate team, guided by the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework. Educators As a Diploma-qualified Educator, you'll support program delivery, foster inclusive and engaging learning environments, and build nurturing relationships with children aged 3-5 years. Can plan, manage time, and work independently Strong communication, leadership, and people skills, with the ability to work well with children, families, and professionals Works well as part of a team in a flexible, respectful, and professional way Strong documentation and written communication skills Early Childhood Teachers: Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent) VIT Registration Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma training Educators: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care WWCC (Employee) and First Aid qualifications Why work with Tradewind?
