Provide strategic legal advice to clients on liquor licensing, compliance, and regulatory matters. Handle complex liquor licensing applications, disputes, and audits. Advise clients on risk management and regulatory frameworks. Lead negotiations and represent clients in licensing hearings and hearings before regulatory authorities. Mentor and develop junior team members within the practice. Work closely with senior leadership to shape the practice's growth strategy. The ideal candidate: 10 years’ experience in liquor licensing, regulatory law, or related areas. Proven client-facing skills with a track record in business development. Strong leadership ability, capable of mentoring a small team. A strategic, commercial thinker with a collaborative approach. Eager to contribute to the growth of a boutique practice.
