Then we want to hear from you! The Legal Policy team is responsible for the provision of legal policy support and development of legislation for the City and Environment Directorate (CED). These functions are diverse, and include drafting and reviewing legal instruments, development of legislation, procurement of legal advice from the ACT Government Solicitor and potentially support for litigation and coronial matters. The successful applicant will play key roles as members of the Directorate’s corporate support team as it supports the operations of the Directorate’s divisions. The position is full-time, but part-time hours will be considered for the right applicant. This position is based in a workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW) at the ACT Government’s Dickson Office Block at 480 Northbourne Avenue.
