We are seeking a highly strategic Head of Sourcing & Production to drive innovation, sustainability, and diversification across our global operations. This role is pivotal to building a future-ready sourcing framework, balancing agility, efficiency, and ethical practice, while delivering on ambitious growth targets. The Opportunity As Head of Sourcing & Production, you will: Lead global supplier diversification – reducing dependency on single-region manufacturing (particularly China) and establishing strong networks in India, Turkey, Vietnam, and other key markets. Build resilient supply chains that shorten lead times, improve margins, and reduce exposure to duties and international risks. Oversee end-to-end production, ensuring quality, sustainability, and compliance at every stage. Champion ethical and circular supply chain initiatives, embedding sustainability into sourcing and manufacturing practices. Introduce scalable systems and technologies (ERP, BI, AI tools) to enable data-driven decision-making and enhance supply chain visibility. About You To succeed, you will bring: Extensive experience in supplier diversification – a proven track record of shifting manufacturing away from China and successfully onboarding new regions. 7 years in sourcing or procurement within fashion or consumer products, ideally within fast-growth, international operations. Strong commercial acumen with accountability for cost management, lead time reduction, and supply base expansion. Hands-on expertise with sustainable materials and supplier compliance frameworks. Inspirational leadership and the ability to align cross-functional teams across Buying, Planning, Finance, Operations, and Design.
